I’m Wanda Olivier, the workplace and real estate leader behind Smart Workplace Solutions.

My background includes leading international workplace teams, developing strategies, overseeing real estate and workplace projects, and implementing organisational change. Having held responsibility within businesses, I understand the competing priorities and day-to-day realities that shape delivery.
