Business Case & Approval
I prepare a clear recommendation for leadership, outlining the rationale, costs, benefits, risks, and proposed timetable. The business case connects the property decision to your organisation’s priorities.
Negotiations & Lease Completion
I coordinate brokers and legal advisers throughout the agreed lease process, track progress, and keep negotiations aligned with your requirements. You receive clear updates on issues, trade-offs, and decisions requiring your approval.
How we work together
We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to discuss your property decision, key dates, and your existing team. I then propose a scope and fee based on the work required.
You can engage me for a defined review and business case, or to lead the process through to lease signature. We agree responsibilities, deliverables, and the time needed at each stage, with brokers, legal advisers, and other specialists providing their expertise.
If the decision leads to a relocation or refurbishment, I can continue into project leadership, with the scope and specialist team agreed for that next phase.

My experience spans more than 20 years in workplace and property leadership, including roles at GE Healthcare, King Digital Entertainment, Oxford University Press, Kantar and WeTransfer.
At GE Healthcare, I managed property portfolio decisions from business requirements and options reviews through to executive business cases. For renewals, I appointed brokers and led negotiations through to lease signature. For relocations and space reductions, I appointed project teams and programme-managed delivery through to occupation and handover to facilities management.
